Established in 2010, the Building Materials Group (BMG) of Sunway comprises three core segments – Sunway Paving Solution for concrete pavement, Sunway VCP for vitrified clay pipes, and Sunway Spun Piles. Our eight manufacturing facilities are ISO accredited in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and Environment Management System (IS)14001:2015).
We continue to produce high quality products in compliance with local and international standards. We focus on bettering our products and processes through innovation to be more effective and efficient in our business operations, as well as providing green innovation products and services for an eco-friendly environment, in alignment towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We were also named Malaysia’s Best Employers by global talent consultancy Aon Hewitt in 2016 and 2018.

Malaysia’s leading manufacturer of vitrified clay pipes and jacking pipes with a production capacity of 55,000 tonnes annually with 80% market share.

A collective capacity to manufacture 500,000 tonnes of spun piles annually across two plants.

Sunway Paving Solutions produces pavers through five plants across Malaysia, which are strategically located at Batang Kali – two plants (Selangor), Senai (Johor), Nibong Tebal (Pulau Pinang), and Marang (Terengganu).

Sunway Paving Solutions manufactures and supplies Interlocking Concrete Pavers (ICP) and Compressed Concrete Paving Slabs (Eurotiles).

Sunway VCP plays a vital role in Malaysia by manufacturing VCP of the highest quality with the latest international standard of EN295:2013, which in turn elevate the sewerage and drainage standards in the country.
We produce non-combustible fully glazed Vitrified Clay Pipes and glazed Clay Jacking Pipes which are economical, environmentally friendly and sustainable solution for sewerage system.
We are also an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management system certified company and a market leader in the industry.

In 2015, Sunway built its first Malaysian spun pile plant at Batang Kali, Selangor, bringing together its regional experience around Asia to benefit its clients locally and globally.
The Batang Kali plant uses state of the art machinery and technology from Japan, a front-runner in the spun pile industry. In addition, Sunway Spun Pile (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. specialises in the production, sales and after sales service of large PHC piles (Prestressed High Strength Concrete piles), with a diameter of 700mm and above.
We were established as a subsidiary of Sunway in Malaysia in 2008. Sunway Spun Pile Zhuhai owns the largest and most advanced production line for spun piles in Zhuhai, China across two plants with an annual capacity of 550,000 m.
We manufacture super large spun piles by adopting high pressure steaming technology, allowing product/concrete strength of more than C80, which enhances resistance during impact.
