Management Associate Programme

The GIAD Attachment offers Management Associates (MAs) the opportunity to gain experience across different business divisions within Sunway Group. In the first three months, MAs will report to the GIAD team and be assigned audit projects for various businesses across the Group. These projects involve auditing the internal processes and controls of the business operations nationwide.

During the two-year programme, MAs will have a career development plan that clearly outlines the specific areas of work and development personalised for your accelerated growth. MAs will be involved in projects and assignments to learn and gain a broader understanding and perspective of your employer’s operations and overall business direction. These provide MAs with opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills across various business divisions.

Upon completing the GIAD attachment, MAs will begin your development journey with selected business divisions, deepening your expertise in various business verticals while developing a broad business understanding. After the two-year programme, MAs will remain with the same business division to encourage continuous growth and career advancement. Eventually, you will become subject matter experts within your respective functions and excel in your chosen paths.

MAs will participate in a series of learning programmes designed to promote both personal and professional growth. These programmes prioritise self-reflection, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development, creating an environment that encourages continuous learning and empowers MAs to reach their full potential.

In addition to the daily responsibilities within your respective business divisions, MAs will have the chance to participate in a range of projects that involve collaborating with leaders from various businesses. MAs work as a cohesive team under the guidance of industry leaders, contributing fresh and innovative ideas for various projects. These special projects provide you with the opportunities to engage with cross-functional teams, broaden your perspectives and make a meaningful impact within the organisation.
